RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION 64R -861.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has adopted Resolution 64R -861 pertaining to the criteria for
the development of planned residential developments; and
WHEREAS, said criteria has subsequently been
superseded by the adoption of new ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to repeal Resolution 64R -861.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution 64R -861 be, and the
same is hereby repealed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of October 1974.
