1974-475A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -279 ESTABLISHING RATES AT MAGNOLIA AND PEARSON PARK POOLS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 74R -279 which established a new schedule of rates for the admission to and use of swimming pools under the jurisdiction of and operated by the Parks and Recreation Department; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended that the City, not charge admission for the use of the pools at Magnolia High School and Pearson Park on July 4th and Labor Day between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has determined that this would be in the best interest of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that on July 4th and Labor Day admission to use of the Magnolia High School and Pearson Park pools be free of charge between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.
