1974-468WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission denied
Conditional Use Permit No. 1461 on the 15th day of April,
1974, by Resolution No. PC74 -75, to permit resale of beer
and wine in a restaurant at 1527 East La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1974, the City
Council granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1461, subject to
conditions, by Resolution No. 74R -283; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to said Conditional
Use Permit has never been developed; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property have requested
the termination of said Conditional Use Permit No. 1461; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said Conditional Use Permit no longer ex-
ists and that said Conditional Use Permit No. 1461 should
be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1461
be terminated and that Resolution No. 74R -283 be, and the
same is hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of September, 1974.
