A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TOUPS ENGINEERING. INC., TO
PREPARE A REPORT ON THE WATER SYSTEM IN ANAHEIM
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Water Revenue Bonds issued by the City of
Anaheim in 1971 require the City to cause its water system
to be inspected by a consulting engineer on an annual basis,
and to furnish a report of such inspection; and
WHEREAS, Toups Engineering, Inc., is experienced
and qualified to render such engineering services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and
conditions of employment of said Engineering Corporation for
the inspection and report of said water system has been sub-
mitted and is satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement to employ Toups Engineering, Inc., to inspect the
water system of the City and prepare a report of said inspec-
tion be, and the same are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
17th day of September 1974.
