1974-464WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of resident
professional services under the Four Cities Program; and
WHEREAS, Northrop Services, Inc., a subsidary of
Northrop Corporation, is qualified to render such resident pro-
fessional services and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing Northrop Services, Inc. to perform resident professional
services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of September 1974.
