1974-460WHEREAS, Martin Luther Hospital, a California
corporation, hereinafter referred to as Licensee, is the
owner of property in the City of Anaheim over which the City
owns a public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for the purpose of installing a change in
sewer line connections and providing pipe conduit for utility
lines crossing street; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such instal-
lation across a portion of the easement of City will not
interfere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Martin
Luther Hospital, a California corporation, be and the same
are hereby approved.
