RESO~ON NO. 87R-287 WHIC~ ESTABLIS}~D RATES OF COMP~SATION FOR
CIASSES ASSIGNED TO THE Gf:~RAL UN£T REPRESE~I'~3 BY THE
W-H~LEAS, the Human Resources Director recc~mends that the
classification of C~Lm~lnity Services Outreach Worker be created effective
De~ 7, 1990; ~
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to a~_nd Resolution No.
87R-287 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the
General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association; and
WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
amending Resolution No. 87R-287 as set forth hereinbelow is in the best
interests of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THerEFORE, BE IT RESOLVfD by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective December 7, 1990, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and ~mployees of the City of Anaheim who are now e~ployed or will in
the future be em~01oyed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to
the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVfI) that all provisions of the Memorandum of
U~dersta,~ding, dated December 9, 1987, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to the
foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVfD t_hat except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 87R-287 shall re~ain in full force and effect.
THE FOPSGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the city of Anaheim this ~th day of December~ 1990.
