1974-449A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
363 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 63R -180
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 363 on the 4th day of February, 1963, to permit the
construction of a two -story multiple family planned development,
and a commercial building and service station; and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 1963, the City Council
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 363, subject to conditions, by
Resolution No. 63R -180; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to said conditional use per-
mit has never been developed by the conditional use permit granted
thereby; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have requested the
termination of said Conditional Use Permit No. 363; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the
need for said conditional use permit no longer exists and that said
Conditional Use Permit No. 363 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 363 be terminated
and that Resolution No. 63R -180 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and declared to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
10th day of September, 1974.
