A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -67.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit on the 5th day of March,
1963, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 63R -179 in Reclas-
sification No. 62 -63 -67 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL, ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE, sub-
ject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said Resolution have not been complied
with and applicant for said Reclassification has requested said
Reclassification to be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Re-
classification vo. 62 -63 -67 for a zone change be, and the same are
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 63R -179 be declared null
and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of September 1974.
