A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WHEREIN ROBERT KILLION RENDERS
TEMPORARY SERVICES AT ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Robert Killion, a
Golf Professional, have entered into an agreement dated March 13,
1973 wherein Robert Killion renders services as a Golf Professional
at Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, said agreement requires the City to schedule all
tournaments and weekend and holiday starting times to be played on
said golf course; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to have Robert Killion perform
said services on behalf of City from September 3 to December 31,
1974; and
WHEREAS, Robert Killion is willing to render such
services:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement,
dated September 3, 1974 employing Robert Killion to perform said
services be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of September, 1974.
