A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RATES, RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF WATER AS
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 72R -600 AND AMENDED
BY RESOLUTIONS NOS. 73R -255 AND 73R -387.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim maintains a water
distribution system for the furnishing of water to residents
and inhabitants of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary that charges
for service be fixed; and
WHEREAS,, the City has by ordinance and resolution
made certain covenants. with bondholders in connection with
issuance of water revenue bonds; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council that
Anaheim's water utility shall be self supporting from charges
made by the City for installation of water mains, for water
furnished to consumers and for all services rendered in
connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, a new water rate schedule is necessary such
that certain customers may have charges which are equitable;
and
WHEREAS, Section 10. of the Anaheim Municipal
Code provides that the City Council shall, by resolution, fix
installation charges and establish rates to be charged by the
City of Anaheim for water installation and water furnished to
consumers and services rendered in connection therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the rates, rules and regulations
adopted by Resolution No. 72R -600 and amended by Resolutions
Nos. 73R -255 and 73R -387 be, and the same are hereby amended as
follows, to wit:

Anaheim for general domestic and household purposes in a single
family accommodation in combination with the irrigation of at

Director shall place on file with the City Clerk a report
showing the horsepower and KWH consumption for each well pump
and the La Palma and Linda Vista booster pumps for the fiscal
year just completed. This report shall be based on data from
the Monthly Pump Report prepared by the Water Division.
