90-421 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-421
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE
OFFICIAL TREE SPECIE LIST
WHEREAS, the city Council has previously adopted
Chapter 13.12 of Title 13 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, which
Chapter does govern street trees which may be planted in the
streets of the City of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, Section 13.12.030 provides that the City
Council shall adopt an Official Tree Specie List; and,
WHEREAS, after study and consultation, a recommended
list of street trees has been prepared, which list is entitled
"official Tree Specie List" and is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
does hereby adopt the "official Tree Specie List" attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this4t~ay of December%990.
