of a city hall, parking facility
and related public facilities from
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
at an annual base rental not to
exceed 1300,000.00
and for a term not to exceed 35
years?
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN
ARGUMENT FOR A CITY MEASURE.
WHEREAS, an election is to beheld in the City
of Anaheim on November 5, 1974, at which there will be
submitted to the qualified electors of said city the
following city measure:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That this City Council, being the
legislative body of said city, hereby authorizes
W. J. Bill Thom
John Seymour
Calvin L. Pebley
Ralph G. Sneegas
Miriam Kaywood
members of said body, to file a written argument for the city
measure set forth in the recitals hereof in accordance with
Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 4 of the Elections Code of the
State of California and to change said argument until and
including the date fixed by the City Clerk after which no
arguments for or against said city measure may be submitted
to said Clerk.
