A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM PERMITTING A SIGN GRANTED
BY VARIANCE NO. 2252 TO REMAIN UNTIL
AUGUST, 1976.
WHEREAS, the City Council did grant Variance No. 2252
to legalize a roof sign on June 8, 1971, to expire in August,
_.1974; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Josephine B. Lopez, has re-
quested an extension of time permitting said roof sign until
August, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it would not be detri-
mental to the City or the area to permit the extension to time
to keep said roof sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance No. 2252 be extended until August, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of August, 1974.
