A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R -490 ESTABLISHING NEW JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY.
WHEREAS, organizational changes and, expansion of Utilities
Department programs have necessitated the establishment of a City budget
which includes a number of new job classifications and rates of pay; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 31, 1974 that new job classifications and rates of
pay be established to implement these organizational changes, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend resolution No. 73R -490
which established rates of pay for full -time classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creation of these new job classifications is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution 73R -490 by adding the new
job classifications as follows:

Utility Management Information Supervisor
Utility Operations Staff Supervisor
Utility Telephone Operator

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolu-
tion shall be July 26, 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Reso-
lution No. 73R -490 shall remain in full force and effect.
