RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 367
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY
CERTAIN PARCELS OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously, by motion,
certain offers to purchase the below -described
and
WHEREAS, deeds to convey said parcels have been
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim to convey said parcels at such
time as the offeror tenders the balance of the purchase price
for each parcel; and
WHEREAS, the names of the offerors and location of
the respective parcels are described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
deeds conveying the respective parcels to the purchaser thereof,
at such time as the balance of the purchase price of the respec-
tive parcel is received by the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of July 1974.
