1974-361WHEREAS, on the 25th day of June, 1974, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did duly pass Resolution No.
74R -311 authorizing the City Manager to apply for a project
to improve public employee productivity under the Inter-
governmental personnel Act of 1970; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of
the City of Anaheim to authorize the Assistant City Manager
to apply for such a project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby amend Resolution No. 74R -311 and supersede same
and authorize the Assistant City Manager to apply for a project
to improve public employee productivity in parks maintenance
personnel under the Intergovernmental Act of 1970.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s3.ned by me
this 16th day of July, 1974.
