RESOLUTION NO. 74R -350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR
THE PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT BY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT PROFILES, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City is in need of an Environmental
Impact Report for the proposed Civic Center project; and
WHEREAS, Environmental Impact Profiles, Inc. (E.I.P.)
is qualified to prepare such a report; and
WHEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and con-
ditions of employment of E.I.P. for preparation of the report
has been submitted and is satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain agreement submitted between
E.I.P. and the City of Anaheim, be, and the same is, hereby
approved.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of July, 1974.
