1974-324RESOLUTION NO. 74R-324 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON- MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on the 18th day of June, 1974, declare by Resolution No. 74R -293 its intention to vacate and abandon an existing slope easement located approximately at the northwest corner of Miraloma Avenue and Tustin Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, more fully herein- after described, and did set the 9th day of July, 1974, for a public hearing thereon; and WHEREAS, on said 9th day of July, 1974, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub- mitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention is unnecessary for present or prospective slope purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim: 1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly held and that all notices were given and publica- tions made as required by law. 2. That that portion of the real property toward which a request for vacation and abandonment was directed is not necessary for present or prospective slope purposes and does hereby order that said portion, as herein set forth, be and it is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to public use. 3. That said portion of real property herein ordered vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows, to wit: That certain perpetual easement for slope purposes as described in the deed to the County of Orange recorded July 17, 1968 in Book 8661, page 76, Official Records of Orange County, California, located within the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned, described as follows: Beginning at Point "A" as described in Parcel No. 120.3 in said deed; thence along the westerly line of said parcel N 34° 48' 30" E, 36.89 feet to a point on a non tangent curve concave easterly and having a radius of 1260.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve and westerly line through a central angle of 0° 22' 39" an arc distance of 8.30 feet; thence non- tangent to said curve S 34° 48' 30" W, 50.26 feet to a point in the north line of the land described in a deed recorded in Book 6193, page 365, Official Records of said Orange County; thence along said northerly line N 73° 13' 35" E, 9.66 feet to the point of beginning. -1- 73 -12A AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
