A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE WALNUT CANYON MUTUAL
WATER COMPANY TO PROVIDE WATER SERVICE AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, The Walnut Canyon Mutual Water Company serves
water in the Mohler Drive area of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, The Walnut Canyon Mutual Water Company
desires to discontinue its water service responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim provides water service to
the remaining areas in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is able to provide water
service to the customers of The Walnut Canyon Mutual Water
Company; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment for the City to provide water service to the customers of
The Walnut Canyon Mutual Water Company be, and the same are
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and the same are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July, 1974.
