A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO PERMIT
WITH PACIFIC DRIVE -IN THEATERS, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND•CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID FIRST AMENDMENT TO PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Pacific Theaters, Inc.,
entered into an agreement on June 30,. 1973, for the use of the
Anaheim Stadium Parking Lot for additional parking space for
Pacific according to the terms and conditions of said agreement;
and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to extend said
agreement for an additional year commencing July 1, 1974, and
terminating on June 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Permit has been prepared
extending the term to and including June 30, 1975, which is
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the First Amendment to Permit extend-
ing the term for one year to and including June 30, 1975, with
Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc. be, and the same is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of Julw 1974.
