A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DOROTHY D. COREY PERTAINING
TO A FACT FINDING STUDY AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Dorothy D. Corey is an independent researcher
skilled in conducting fact finding studies in the private and
public sectors; and
WHERAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the ser-
vices of Dorothy D. Corey to prepare and conduct a fact finding
study for the Utilities Department of the City of Anaheim to
assist the City in determining the levels and quality of service
that should be provided to customers of the utility services pro-
vided by City; and
WHEREAS, such work will involve the professional,
scientific and technical services of a temporary nature; and
WHEREAS, City desires to employ Dorothy D. Corey for
such purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Dorothy D, Corey pertaining to a
fact finding study be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July, 1974.
