A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE GOLF
CART MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH TAYLOR
DUNN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Taylor -Dunn
Manufacturing Company have entered into an agreement on the 17th
day of July, 1973 for the preventive maintenance of golf carts
at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, in June of 1974, the City has purchased
from Taylor -Dunn Manufacturing Company fifteen additional golf
carts; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable for the City
to include said fifteen additional golf carts in the preventive
maintenance contract with said company; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of this amendment have been
reviewed by the City staff and are satisfactory thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an amend-
ment to the agreement of July 17, 1973 for the maintenance of
golf carts with Taylor -Dunn Manufacturing Company and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July 1974.
