A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF PORTIONS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the llth day of June, 1974, declare by Resolution No, 74R-276
its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of existing excess
right of way at the northwest corner of Miraloma Avenue and Blue
Gum Street, in the City of Anaheim, more fully hereinafter
described, and did set the 2nd day of July, 1974, for a public
hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 2nd day of July, 1974, at 1;30 o'clock
P.M, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real
property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention
is unnecessary for present or prospective road and public utility
easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publications
made as required by law.
2, That that portion of the real property toward which
a request for vacation and abandonment was directed
is not necessary for present or prospective road and
public utility easement purposes and does hereby
order that said portion, as herein set forth, be
and it is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to
public use.
3. That said portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is more particularly des-
cribed as follows, to wit:
That portion of dedicated road and public utility
easement located at the west side of Blue Gum, north
of Miraloma Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned,
described as;
That portion of Lot 7 in Block 8 of the Golden State
Tract, as per map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line
of said lot with a line parallel with and westerly
53.00 feet from the centerline of Blue Gum Street,
40.00 feet wide, shown as an unnamed street adjoining

ATTEST;
said lot on the east; thence S 15° 58! 16" E, 589.58
feet along said parallel line to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a
radius of 25.00 feet, as said curve is described in the
deed recorded in Book 9468, page 652, Official Records;
thence Southwesterly 22.62 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 51° 51' 03 thence N 77° 00' 23" E,
7,48 feet to a point on a non- tangent curve concave
northwesterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, a
radial to said point bears S 52° 36' 36" E; thence
northeasterly 23,28 feet along said curve through a
central angle of 53° 21! 40" to its point of tangency
with a line parallel with the westerly 45,00 feet from
said centerline of Blue Gum Street; thence N 15° 58' 16"
W, 589.57 feet along said parallel line to said
northerly line of Lot 7; thence S 74° 01' 32" W, 8,00
feet along said northerly line to the point of beginning,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July, 1974.
