RESOLUTION NO. 74R -314
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOP
MENT PLAN NO. 114 EXHIBIT "A
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development Plan No.
114 with exhibits encompassing an area more particularly herein-
after described and, at said hearing, did receive evidence and re-
ports from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereof, the City Planning Commission did duly adopt
Resolution No. PC74 -94, its findings of facts, and did declare its
opinion and reasons for recommending approval of Area Development
Plan No. 114 Exhibit "C as modified; and
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1974, the City Council did hold a
public hearing on Area. Development Plan No. 114 and continued said
Area Development Plan to June 18, 1974, and again continued said
hearing for decision to July 2, 1974, and, after giving all persons
interested therein an opportunity to be heard and having received
evidence at all three (3) public hearings, and having received re-
ports, both written and oral, and considering the summary of evi-
dence presented at the public hearing before the Planning Commis-
sion, its reports, and findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 114 Exhibit "A" should be approved in
the best interest of the City despite the recommendation of the
City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that Area Development Plan No. 114 Exhibit
"A" to provide circulation and access for an area bounded by the
northerly extension of Grove Street to the west, Miraloma Avenue
to the north, Tustin Avenue to the northeast, the Atchison Topeka
and Santa Fe Railroad right of way on the southeast, and La Palma
Avenue on the south be, and the same is, hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July, 1974.
