1974-293RESOLUTION NO. 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the Government Code, in connection with a request for vacation and abandonment of an existing slope easement located approximately at the northwest corner of Miraloma Avenue and Tustin Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, and more fully hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to vacate, abandon and close to public use that certain existing slope easement located approximately at the northwest corner of Miraloma Avenue and Tustin Avenue, in the City of Anaheim for slope purposes as it may relate to the following described property: and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5, of the Government Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear- ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 9th day of July 1974, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim. That certain perpetual easement for slope purposes as described in the deed to the County of Orange recorded July 17, 1968 in Book 8661, page 76, Official Records of Orange County, California, located within the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned, described as follows: Beginning at Point "A" as described in Parcel No. 120.3 in said deed; thence along the westerly line of said parcel N 34° 48' 30" E, 36.89 feet to a point on a non tangent curve concave easterly and having a radius of 1260.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve and westerly line through a central angle of 0° 22' 39" an arc distance of 8.30 feet; thence non -tan- gent to said curve S 34° 48' 30" W, 50.26 feet to a point in the north line of the land described in a deed recorded in Book 6193, page 365, Official Records of said Orange County; thence along said northerly line N 73° 13' 35" E, 9.66 feet to the point of beginning. 73 -12A THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 18th day of June, 1974.
