1974-285WHEREAS, heretofore to wit, on the 21st day of May,
1974, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Reso-
lution No, 74R-240 in connection with amending dates for the
re- advertising of bids, the opening of the bids and the award
of the contract in connection with the installation of fire
signals at Fire Stations Nos, 5 and 6, Work Order No, 826; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that due to
budgetary reasons it is for the benefit and the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to reject all bids received on the 13th
day of June, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said bids received up to the hour
of 2:00 o'clock P,M. on the 13th day of June, reviewed by the
City Engineer, and submitted to the City Council on June 18,
1974, for the installation of Fire Signals at Fire Stations
Nos. 5 and 6, Work Order No, 826, be, and the same are hereby,
rejected,
