1974-284RESOLUTION NO. 74R 284 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF RECLASSI- FICATION NO. 71 -72 -41 CONTAINED IN RESOLUTION NO. 72R -234 PERTAINING TO ZONING. WHEREAS, on the 13th day of June, 1972, the City Council did pass its Resolution No. 72R -234 granting Reclassification No. 71 -72 -41 subject to condition therein stated; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant and the City Council to amend Resolution No. 72R -234 by changing Condition No. 3 thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to amend Condition No. 3 to read as follows: "3. That an 8 -foot off -set masonry wall, tan in color, shall be constructed along the easterly property line in addition to a 3 -foot wide, landscaped area to separate the Orange Freeway from the proposed 20 -foot wide public alley; and that an accousti- cal analysis shall be provided showing that the proposed buildings are designed to limit intruding noise to an interior noise level not to exceed 45 dBA in any habitable room measured in accordance with the UBC Standard No. 35 and that a test report showing com- pliance with the allowable interior noise level be submitted to the Building Division prior to occupancy, as stipulated to by the petitioner." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 72R -234 be and it is amended by changing Condition No. 3 to read as follows: "3.
