A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -221
AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1461
FOR THREE YEARS.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of May the City Council
did by Resolution No. 74R -221 deny Conditional Use Permit
No. 1461; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did request and receive a
new rehearing on said conditional use permit; and
WHEREAS, at said rehearing new evidence, both
written and oral, was received; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to supersede
Resolution No. 74R -221 and grant said conditional use permit
subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-221 be, and the
same is hereby superseded and that conditional use permit No.
1461 be granted for three years subject to review and renewal
at that time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said conditional use
permit be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use shall be limited to a family
type restaurant without bar;
food only;
2. Beer and wine to be served in conjunction with
3. The hours of operation shall be limited to from
11 :00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. daily;
4. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits 1, 2 and 3.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of June, 1974.
