1974-278WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Court Attendant having as his primary duty the
operation of the Pearson Park Shuffleboard. Courts; and
WHEREAS, William k auch has offered to perform said
services for the sum of $20.00 per month, plus the total pro-
ceeds resulting from the use of the Pearson Park Shuffleboard
Courts, upon tie terms and conditions and for the period set
forth in a fosrn of agreement this day submitted to the City
Council to be made and entered into, as of May 17, 1974, be-
tween the City and said William "Mauch; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be to
the advantage of the City to secure the services of said William
riauch as Court Attendant, and that said agreement should he
approved.
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to t he
City Council to be made and entered into, as of May 17, 1974,
between the City of Anaheim and William Mauch, providing for
the employment of said William lauch to render services to the
City as such Court Attendant, for the period and upon the terms
and conditions and for the compensation set forth in said agree-
ment, be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING R.EIOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 11th day of June 1974.
