1974-277WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of the
City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a Community Band
Director; and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of Community Band Director,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the agree-
ment for the temporary employment of Ross Davis as Community
Band Director according to the terms and conditions of that
certain agreement submitted herewith and hereby approved dated
the 3rd day of June, 1974.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 11th day of June 1974.
