RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 265
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
ANAHEIM HILLS, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
property located in the County of Orange, State of California;
and
WHEREAS, Anaheim Hills, Inc., desires to lease a
portion of the property owned by the City of Anaheim for its
use as an equestrian center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim does not have a present
need for this property, and its use on an interim basis for an
equestrian center would be beneficial`to the City; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a lease
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Hills, Inc.,
for an equestrian center on property more particularly described
in said lease agreement be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of June 1974.
