RESOLUTION NO. 263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AGREEMENT NO C867 WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT IN CONNECTION WITH
THE CONSTRUCTION OF STA7 COLLEGE STORM DRAIN
BETWEEN SOUTH STREET AND UNDERHILL AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District
has submitted to the City of Anaheim, Agreement No. C867,
in connection with the construction of that portion of
State College Storm Drain (Facility No. E12P01) between
South Street and Underhill Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City Departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory
in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Agreement No. C867 with the Orange County Flood Control
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLTUION is approved and signed by
me this 4 ,th day of June,, 1974.
