A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1985 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -390 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on the 9th
day of July, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -390 granting Vari-
ance No. 1985; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested said variance
be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, by its Reso-
lution No. PC74 -91, recommend said variance be terminated; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the Planning
Commission recommendation, the City Council finds that all pro-
ceedings in connection with Variance No. 1985 be terminated
and Resolution No. 68R -390 be declared null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Variance No. 1985 be and the same are hereby terminated and
Resolution No. 68R -390 is declared hereby null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of June, 1974.
