A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL, PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION') NO. 67- 68 -88.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on the 9th
day of July, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -389 granting Re-
classification No. 67 -68 -88 relating to zoning; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested said reclassi-
fication be terminated; and
WI-IEREAS, the City Planning Commission by its Resolution
No. PC74 -90 has recommended the termination of said reclassifi-
cation; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the Planning
Commission's recommendation, the City Council finds that all
proceedings in connection with Reclassification No. 67 -68 -88
should be terminated.
,NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 67 -68 -88 be and the same are hereby ter-
minated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of June, 1974.
