NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Robert L. Citron, Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, to convey to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for municipal purposes, and more particu- larly designated and described as follows: property that it Anaheim RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 249 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING FROM THE STATE OF CALI- FORNIA THREE DEEDS CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES. Taylor Tract, as per map recorded in Book 3, Pages 41, 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous Records, records of Orange County, described as follows: A triangular lot, bounded on the South by the Northerly line of Orange -Olive Road, 60 feet wide, (formerly Santa Ana Canyon Road); on the East by the East line of the West 10 feet of Jefferson Street (abandoned), as shown in file F -125 and Volume 1, Page 356, Book of Roads, (formerly Cross Street, 60 feet wide) on the West by the East- erly boundary of Tract No. 4643. AP No. 232 011 -01 An undivided 72/112 interest in West 232 feet of the South 58.5 68.5 feet of Lot 5 in Tract No. recorded in Book 10, Page 22 of records of Orange County. EXCEPT Street. East 36 feet of the feet of the North 71, as per map Miscellaneous Maps, AP No. 127-181-21 An undivided 2/15 interest in South 20 feet of the North 399 feet of the East 10 feet of the West 369 feet of the South 15 acres of the East 18.35 acres in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 in Section 18, Twp 4 South, Range 10 West, SBB M. be and the same are hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept conveyances of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foregoing Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
