A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 63R-713 AND
68R -599 IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 63 -64 -5.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of
Anaheim has approved Reclassification No. 63-64-5 by Resolution
Nos. 63R -713 and 68R -599; and
WHEREAS, applicant desires to extend the time for
compliance with Resolution Nos, 63R -713 and 68R -599; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as a condition of the grant of extension of time to comply with
the conditions of said Reclassification does desire to amend
the conditions of said Reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has consented to said amended
conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the conditions of Reclassification
63 -64 -5 as granted by Resolution Nos. 63R -713 and 68R -599 be
and they are hereby amended to read as follows;
1. That a final tract map of subject property be
recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.
2, That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recrea-
tion in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by
the City Council, said fees to be paid at the time
the building permit is issued.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Works, prior to final
building inspection,
4, That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
within the westerly boundary of subject property
adjacent to the Riverside Freeway.
5. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencement
of structural framing.
6, That all air conditioning facilities shall by properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
properties.
7. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
8. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed
of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
9, That prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning
subject property, the developer shall submit precise
development plans to the Planning Commission and City
Council for approval.

10 That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 above mentioned
shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
that said conditions are hereby amended, Resolution Nos, 63R -713
and 68R-599 shall be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of May, 1974.
