RESOLUTION NO. 74R-244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO A LEASE OF CITY -OWNED LAND,
DATED JULY 11, 1972, BETWEEN THE CITY AND
RICHARD E. DUFFY AND MARGARET A. DUFFY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 72R -293, a
Lease was entered into by and between the City and Richard
E. Duffy and Margaret A. Duffy; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend said
Lease to provide for an additional two -year period prior to
construction of additional rooms at Lessees' present facility;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
amend said Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Amendment to Lease by and
between the City of Anaheim and Richard E. Duffy and Margaret
A. Duffy, this day submitted, "be, and the same is hereby
approved.
