1974-240A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -190
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR
WORK ORDER NOS. 826 and 827. (INSTALLATION
OF FIRE SIGNALS AT FIRE STATION NOS. 5, 6
AND 7)
WHEREAS, it has been called to 'the attention of the
City Council that no bids were received up to the hour of
2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of May, 1974 in connection
with the above mentioned Work Orders; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to re- advertise the opening of bids
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R -190, approved on
the 23rd day of April, 1974, be and the same is hereby amended
to the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
13th day of June, 1974.
2. That the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals shall
be .published on May 30th and June 6th, 1974.
3. That the award of contract will be made on the
18th day of June, 1974.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 74R -190 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 21st day of May, 1974.
