1974-239A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TAKING NO ACTION ON VARIANCE NO.
2569, ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO.110 AND
TENTATIVE TRACTS NOS. 8463, 8464, 8465 AND
8466 UPON REHEARING.
WHEREAS, the City Council has, pursuant to duly held
and publicly noticed hearings, approved Variance No. 2569 by
Resolution No. 74R -154 and approved Environmental Impact Report
No. 110 and Tentative Tracts Nos. 8463, 8464, 8465 and 8466 by
Minute Motions of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for rehearing on sub-
ject zoning matters, said action came on for a duly noticed
public hearing on May 21, 1974; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, evidence both written and
oral being presented, the City Council does find and determine
that no action should be taken on said zoning matters and
thereby sustaining the original Resolution and Minute Motions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that no action shall be taken on Variance
No. 2569, Environmental Impact Report No. 110 and Tentative
Tracts Nos. 8463, 8464, 8465 and 8466, thus sustaining Resolution
No. 74R -154 and the Minute Motions of the Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of May, 1974.
