1974-238WHEREAS, the City Council has, pursuant to duly
held and publicly noticed hearings, approved Reclassification
No. 73- 74 -46, General Plan No. 123B and Environmental Impact
Reports Nos. 115, 116 and 117 by Resolutions Nos. 74R -152 and
74R -153 and Minute Motions of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for rehearing on
subject zoning matters, said action came on for a duly noticed
public hearing on May 21, 1974; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, evidence both written and
oral being presented, the City Council does find and determine
that no action should be taken on said zoning matters and
thereby sustaining the original resolution and Minute Motions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that no action shall be taken on General
Plan Amendment No. 123B, Reclassification No. 73- 74 -46,
Environmental`Impact Reports Nos. 115, 116 and 117, thus sus-
taining Resolutions Nos. 74R -152 and 74R -153 and the Minute
Motions of the Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
