RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 230
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERNS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH SYCAMORE PROPERTIES, A PART-
NERSHIP (73 -13E).
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by Resolution No.
74R -36, authorize the execution of a license to encroach
with Magnolia Investments, a partnership; and
WHEREAS, Magnolia Investments has conveyed its
interest in the referenced property to Sycamore Properties,
a partnership; and
WHEREAS, Sycamore Properties desires to exercise
the same rights granted to Magnolia Investments in the license
to encroach, subject to the terms and conditions therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does consent to the substitution
of Sycamore Properties, a partnership, for Magnolia Investments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said license on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of May 1974.
