1974-637WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on June 14,
1971, granted Variance No. 2267 by Resolution No. PC 71 -142;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Variance No.
2267 on July 20, 1971, by Resolution No. 71R-326; and
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission, pursuant to
Resolution No. PC 74 -238, recommended termination of Variance
No. 2267 on the basis that development of the property will
now be in accordance with Variance No. 2645; and
WHEREAS, the _applicant concurs in the termination
of Variance No. 2267; and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs in the action
taken by the Planning Commission in terminating Variance No.
2267 on the basis of the findings made by the Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2267 be terminated
and all proceedings and Resolution No. 71R -326 be null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
