A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAH~:~M AMKNDING
1RESOLUIr/ON NO. 89R-365 WHIC~ ESTABLISH~I) RATES OF OOMP~SATION
FOR CIASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~r~ AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has reco~m~nded in a staff
report dated October 30, 1990, that the classification of Principal
Transportation Planner be created, effective November 9, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
89R-365 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
amending Resolution No. 89R-365 as set forth herein below is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-365 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salarv Range
Principal Transportation Planner X CR15
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED t_hat the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 89R-365 is November 9, 1990.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 89R-365 shall r~main in full force and effect.
THE FORSDDING RESOLU/TON is approved and adopted by the city Council
of the city of Anaheim this 6th day of November, 1990.
