A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING GENERAL AMENDMENT
NO. 136.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City. of Anaheim has,
pursuant to the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim, adopted a General Plan for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public
hearing in the City of Anaheim on November 11, 1974, to consider
an amendment to the General Plan by adding specific language to
the General Plan to permit agricultural and open space uses in
the Residential Agricultural Zone; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing, the Planning Commission
did duly adopt Resolution No. PC74 -224 containing a report of its
findings, a summary of evidence presented at said hearing and a
recommendation that said amendment be adopted by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the 24th day of December,
1974, as the time and City Council Chamber in the City Hall in the
City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said pro
posed Amendment No. 136 and did give notice thereof in the manner
and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and thereupon con-
sidered the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determined that
Amendment No. 136, adding specific language to.the General Plan,
to permit agricultural and open space uses in the Residential
Agricultural Zone, should be adopted as recommended by the City
Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
