RESOLUTION NO. 89R-366 WHICS ESTABLISHED RATES OF CC~4P]~SATION
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNRA~o AS PROFESSIONAL
WH~IREAS, the Human Resources Director has rec~mL~nded in a staff
report dated October 30, 1990, that the salary range for Assistant city
Attorney-Redevelopment be changed to X CR19, effective November 9, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
89R-366 which established rates of co~L~ensation for classifications designated
as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
amending Resolution No. 89R-366 as set forth herein below is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Anaheim as follows:
That~ Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-366 be amended to reflect the
amended salary range for the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Assistant City Attorney-Redevelopment X CR19
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said a~ndment to
Resolution No. 89R-366 is November 9, 1990.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as an~_nded herein, Resolution
No. 89R-366 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOP~F~DING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of November, 1990.
