A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -547 BY
CHANGING THE NAPE OF THE LICENSEE IN ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT NO. 74 -5E.
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1974, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 74R -547
authorizing the execution of Encroachment Permit No. 74 -5, with
Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Licensee has reciuested that in order to expe-
dite the execution of the Encroachment Permit, that the sinatory
be changed from Texaco Anaheim. Hills, Inc. to Anaheim Allis, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City to amend said Resolution No. 74R -547
to reflect Anaheim Hills, Inc. as the Licensee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution ?o. 7'R -547 by chanjinE the name of the Licensee to
Anaheim tills, Inc.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extant
amended by this resolution, Resolution o. 7)4R -547 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIOII is approved and s_ aped, by me
this 10th day of December 1974.
