RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 600
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAI IEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTIuG THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN AGREEMENTS
1 IITH THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.
(Condemnation No. 10 Lewis Substation)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore filed an ac-
tion in eminent domain, being Orange County Superior Court Case No.
220621, to condemn certain facilities of the Southern California
Edison Company (Condemnation No. 10); and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith, it is necessary to enter
into two agreements with the Southern California Edison Company con-
cerning potential inventory adjustments and sales tax obligations;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best in-
terest of the City to enter into such. agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Anaheim
those certain agreements with the Southern California Edison. Company
relating to inventory adjustments and sales tax in connection with
the eminent domain action hereinbefore referred to.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
3rd day of December 1974.
