A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN
AGREEMENT OF THE 26TH DAY OF MARCH, 1974, BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM AND GARDEN
GROVE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STORM DRAIN
AT EUCLID STREET AND ORANGEWOOD AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim and Garden Grove did
enter into an Agreement, dated the 26th day of March, 1974,
pursuant to Resolution No. 74R -131 for the installation of
an underground storm drain and appurtenant facilities at Euclid
Street and Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said
Agreement to change the course and direction of said storm drain;
and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been sub-
mitted to the City Council to be made and entered into by the
parties, which Agreement the City Council finds to be in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Amendment to Agreement this day sub-
mitted to change the course and direction of the underground
storm drain at Euclid Street and Orangewood Avenue according to
the terms thereof be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of December 19 74
