1974-598WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has received an offer to
purchase certain City -owned property described as follows:
The South 20 feet of the North 399 feet of the East 10
feet of the West 369 feet of the South 15 acres of the
East 18.35 acres of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 18, Township L,. South, Range 10
West, S.E.H. M.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has no present or future
use planned for the described property; and
WHEREAS, a deed to convey said property to F.J. Arnold,
the offeror, has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best inter-
ests of the City of Anaheim to convey said property to the offeror
pursuant to the terms of the offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
a deed conveying the property to the purchaser.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be directed
to record said deed in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
